We worked with 9th Floor Design to plan our full home remodel, which included architectural drawings, full kitchen and master bathroom detailed design, general home layout, electrical, and structural drawings. Communication was excellent and when we went to bid out our project, several of the contractors commented that they were extremely impressed and pleased with the high quality of the drawings. 9th Floor Design also made the permitting process with the City go very smoothly, helping to address all questions that came up. Could not have been more pleased with the work and final product. We have recommended 9th Floor Design to our friends and family and would not hesitate to select them again in the future for another project.

Off the bat they offered a very reasonable detailed contract with set price. Gosia really listened to what we wanted.
